Welcome to the GECKO-A website

The Generator for Explicit Chemistry and Kinetics of Organics in the Atmosphere (GECKO-A) is a modelling tool which:

• generates detailled chemical schemes according to a prescribed protocol assigning reaction pathways and kinetic data;

• provide kinetic and thermodynamic properties on the basis of experimental data and structure-activity relationships.

Aim of the GECKO-A platform

This platform allows the generation of:

• kinetic constants and reaction products for stable or radical atmospheric organic species;

• thermodynamic properties for stable organic species : boiling point, saturation vapor pressure, hydratation constants and Henry's law constants.
